Confidenza provides a quality healthcare service for newborns and elders.

Through the app, the patient is able to request a service, choosing the right nurse or caretaker according to their necessities.

My role in this project, was to design 2 apps. One where the patient can request a service and a second one for the nurse or caretaker to manage the services they have been requested for.

For this design, I found it extremely important to have empathy with the patient. The elements had to be self explanatory, easy to use, clean and without distractions
